Description

Villa Lormar is a high-quality and spacious villa located in a well-kept area about three kilometers from the center of Nerja.

In the yard of the villa is a magnificent swimming pool, which can be covered with a canopy. This keeps the water in the pool at a pleasant temperature all year round (about 21 oC in winter). There are sun loungers around the pool, where you can enjoy the almost always shining sun. There is also a shady furnished seating area and a dining area in the yard. In front of the house is parking space for two cars or, for example, a large camper van.

The villa has 180 m2 of space. There is a living room, dining area, three bedrooms, kitchen, three bathrooms and a separate toilet. The villa is tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture.

The living room has a comfortable sofa set, fireplace and television with international channels. There is also a toilet in the room. At one end of the living room is a dining area for six diners. The room has access to the pool area.

The living room and bedrooms have an efficient air conditioner, which can be used to cool or heat the villa if necessary. The villa also has central heating.

The villa has fiber-optic Wi-Fi and workstations in all bedrooms, so it is well suited for remote work.
