Description

Cortijo del Rey is a cozy villa located in the countryside, yet close to the town. The villa offers great views of both the sea and the mountains.

In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool, where you can cool off in the hot sun. The pool is 4 x 6 meters. Next to the pool is a canopy with a BBQ, "bar" and stools. Next to the canopy is a dining area and from there you can access a shady terrace. There is also a safe parking space for two cars in the yard.

The homely furnished villa has 90 m2 of space. There is a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The living room has two comfortable sofas where you can relax while watching TV. There is also a fireplace in the room, which creates a nice atmosphere and warms you up on the cooler "winter" days. At the other end of the living room is a dining area and behind it is a well-equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has, among other things, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc., so the level of equipment is certainly sufficient for the needs of a holidaymaker.

The villa has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have separate beds, one has two beds and the other one has one, so in total the villa has sleeping places for five people.

Both bathrooms have a shower cabin. One of the bathrooms is connected to the main bedroom.

Both the living room and the main bedroom have air conditioning, which can be used to cool or heat the villa if necessary.

The villa has free Wi-Fi.

Cortijo del Rey is an excellent holiday villa for a family who appreciates the peace of the countryside and beautiful scenery.

The view from Cortijo del Rey was fantastic, I really find it hard to not like living out in the Campo with such beauty each morning. The pool was clean, cool, well kept, and incredible. We also thoroughly enjoyed the covered BBQ area right next to the pool. The house was a comfortable size for the two of us.
