Casa Mimosas is a great apartment located in a well-maintained area within walking distance of the city center. The nice swimming pool area, which is open in summer, can be used by the residents of the apartment free of charge.
The apartment has two terraces with a wonderful view of the city of Nerja and the sea. The terraces offer a perfect place for a relaxed holiday.
The two-story apartment has 80 m2 of space. There is a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.
The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV. The room also has a fireplace, which creates an atmosphere and warms you on cool winter evenings. A folding table and chairs are available for dining. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace and a nice spiral staircase to the bedroom upstairs.
The kitchen has good equipment. There is e.g. a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
One of the bedrooms is downstairs. There is a double bed and an extra bed on top of it. The upstairs bedroom also has a double bed and access to the terrace. There are sleeping places for five people in total.
The living room and both bedrooms have an air conditioner that can either cool or heat the apartment if necessary.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi.

We had a very nice stay in the Casa Mimosas in Nerja. The house is part of the pretty Capistrano village with flowers and pools. The highlight: the view over the ocean and the city. Although the house is in the middle of the village it is in a short distance to the pool, supermarkets and the parking space. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the lower balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and has enough plates and cutlery. The air condition works good and calm. We liked the mix of new and old fourniture and the second bathroom with a shower. The smart TV works fine and the wifi is fast.
Also, the contact with the agency was very pleasant. They answered every question and had good tips for restaurants. Thanks a lot.
