Villa Carmen is a well-equipped villa located near the city in the peace of the countryside.
The villa has a large terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. The terrace has a nice swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m), sun loungers, a dining set and a barbecue canopy, so it's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the warmth of the sun. If you need some shade, the covered terrace next to the villa offers it.
The cozy villa has 80 m2 of space. There is a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The living room has two comfortable sofas where you can watch TV while the fireplace creates an atmosphere on the coldest "winter evenings". At the other end of the room is a dining set for six people.
The kitchen has been completely renovated and has all the equipment needed on vacation, e.g. dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, etc.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two separate beds. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and an efficient air conditioner that can either cool or heat the villa if necessary.
Villa Carmen is a cozy villa in the countryside, but the cities of Nerja and Frigiliana can be reached by car in less than ten minutes. The bus stop is only one kilometer away, so shops and restaurants can easily be reached without a rental car if necessary.
