Description

Villa Andrea Sol is a stunning and spacious villa set in the countryside near the town of Nerja.

Its expansive courtyard is meticulously maintained and has a wide variety of plants and lawn. There is also a large swimming pool (9 x 4 m) with sun loungers, a fine barbecue and secure parking for several cars.

The villa has a large covered terrace both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs terrace offers great views of the sea and the countryside surrounding the villa.

The villa is furnished with high quality furniture, and has 180 m2 of space. It has a living room, four bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The stylish living room has three comfortable sofas, a handsome fireplace and a TV with several international channels. On the other side of the room is a dining table with seating for eight. There is an air conditioning in the living room.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. For example a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a washing machine, a dryer, etc. The kitchen also has a small dining table and chairs.

All four bedrooms in the villa are comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have twin beds. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and powerful air conditioning that can either cool or heat the villa if needed.

One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and the other has a walk-in shower. In addition, a separate toilet is available.

The villa has free internet access.

Excellent Villa and location. Rental team were excellent and very responsive. Super easy to deal with and all very easy start to finish. We will be using them again and can hopefully book this villa again

When we arrived the villa was spotless. The layout is fantastic, we were two families staying and there was plenty of space. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by everyone. The views from the villa are lovely. It was quiet with only a few houses around. The communication from the company reps was fantastic.
