Villa la Marina is a modern and elegant villa in the countryside. From the courtyard you can admire the beautiful mountain scenery. Less than two kilometers from the villa is a long beach.
The spacious yard of the villa has several lodgings. In connection with the house is a shaded, covered terrace. If you want to sunbathe, then relax by a nice swimming pool in the sun loungers or in the lawns sofa set. Occasionally it's good to cool off in the refreshing water of the pool. In the yard there is also a covered barbeque with a dining area.
The new stylishly furnished villa has a space of 70 square meters. It has a living room, dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.
There is a comfortable sofa in the living room. The room also has a DVD player and a television with several international channels.
The living room and the kitchen are open concept and there is a dining table for six diners and a fireplace between the rooms.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. There are, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle etc.
