Description

Villa Laura is a fully equipped, high quality villa just a short walk to the beach. The city center is a couple of kilometers away.

The yard is protected by a brick wall. It has an exquisite 20 square meters swimming pool, that comfortably cools under the warm blazing sun. You can relax in the sun loungers by the pool or test your skills at the billiards and ping-pong. There is also a barbecue in the yard.

The high quality villa has 130 square meters of space. It is decorated with very high quality furniture. There is a living room, a dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa, where you can relax while watching the international TV channels. There is also a stylish fireplace for "cool winter evenings". In this big room is a dining area for six diners and an exit to the covered terrace. There is an air conditioning in the living room.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There is for instance a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, complete tableware etc.

The bedrooms have berths for six people. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third one twin beds. All bedrooms have a small "Juliets" balcony. The bedrooms have an air conditioning.

Villa Laura is perfect even for demanding holidaymakers. It is close to the beach and also the city center is within walking distance, so you do not necessarily need a car on your vacation.

The villa is located in Nerja, in the nicely managed Puntalara area. The long sandy beach is about 200 m away and the center of Nerja about 2 km.

Close to beach and town and a mini shop but quiet and peaceful. Villa very clean and to a high build and furnishing spec. Pool very clean and outside and insider very spacious. Very easy process to get to villa access, leave etc. We were delighted with the service from the agent who was always on hand if needed, an excellent communicator from booking to leaving the villa. Thank you for a fab holiday.

Syysloma Nerjassa
Vietimme täydellisen loman Villa Laurassa syksyllä 2017. Huvila oli upea, jopa parempi kuin osasimme odottaa. Se oli erittäin siisti ja kaikilta osin moitteettomassa kunnossa. Piha uima-altaineen oli kovassa käytössä ja rannalle käveli muutamassa minuutissa.
Raine hoiti etukäteisjärjestelyt ammattitaidolla!
