Description

Casa Patricia is located in the town of Nerja in a quiet residential area, a twenty-minute walk from the town center and the beach. The nearest shop and restaurant are 500 metres away and there is a market 200 metres away twice a week, so you may not need a car during your holiday.

The house has two floors and this apartment is located downstairs. It has its own entrance and a large terrace, so you can spend your holiday in complete privacy. The terrace has a nice barbecue and a private swimming pool (6 x 4 m), by which you can enjoy the Spanish sun while relaxing on the sun loungers.

Casa Patricia is tastefully decorated with good quality furniture in a traditional Spanish style. The apartment has 80 m2 and has a spacious living room with dining area, two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a bathroom.

The living room is the perfect place to enjoy. Light a fire in the fireplace and relax on the comfortable sofa while watching TV. There is room for six diners at the dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. It includes a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more.

This large space, which consists of a living room, dining area and kitchen, has an air conditioner, which you can use to cool or heat the apartment.

The cozy bedrooms have one double bed and the other two twin beds. There are four beds in total and we can also rent a cot for a baby. Both bedrooms have powerful radiators for those cool "winter days".

You can use the apartment's internet connection free of charge.

Amazing place! Just what we was looking for 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 25 mins to the heart of nerja the apartment was very spacious and is finished to a high standard with everything you need for a comfortable holiday the family upstairs were very helpful answering any questions the space outside was perfect barbecue area and private swimming pool topped off a wonderful hoilday would definitely recommend casa patricia.

2nd visit to this apartment this year and again was excellent. Beautiful apartment with plenty space for 4 of us. The pool and BBQ area are great and we made good use of them. Owners very nice and I'm sure very helpful although we found no need to bother them with anything. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again.
