Description

Villa Jeromo is an amazing villa located near Nerja (1.2 Km to the town center), very private and with a gated swimming pool.

There are no steps and the whole property is in a single level, ideal for elderly, infirm and wheelchair users.

In its traditional Spanish style, the villa has been built and decorated to very high standards. It offers a TV with English channels and a stereo/CD. The walls are made of stone and are 1 meter wide, making the inside very comfortable both in summer and winter. All room have an air conditioning.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people. The master bedroom has a double bed (150 cm wide) with use of en-suite facilities (shower/toilet). The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds with use of a shared bathroom. All beds have bedside tables and lamps. We can provide a spare bed for a child and a cot for a baby if required.

The kitchen is connected to the dining room and it has electric hove and oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and kitchen utensils. Toaster, kettle and microwave oven are also available. There is a large table in the dining room with 6 chairs.

There is an 28 sqm swimming pool (with locked gate for children) with sunbeds and outdoor shower for those hot days under the Spanish sun. It has internal lights that can be illuminated in the evenings for a late night swim!

On the grounds there is a private car park for 2 cars, a grass area next to the swimming pool in front of the covered porch and a BBQ area ready for all types of outdoor meals. In the porch there is a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals and a glass of Rioja.

There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in the villa and access to WiFi Internet.

The whole place is very quiet, away from noisy restaurants which allows you to listen to birds and the cicadas during the summer.

The villa is located in the countryside, but the distance to the center of the town of Nerja is only 1,2 km. Very peaceful area with great mountain views and partial sea views.

“Lovely Villa & Gardens”

This is a lovely well kept villa in a very quiet location. The views are stunning. A 20 minute walk in the morning takes you to a fantastic bakery selling all kinds of bread and pastries. You will need a car to explore further, Rough terrain and no street lights so beware if (like me) you have mobility issues. I had no problems at this villa. All the accommodation was on one level and as long as you get to and from the villa by car/taxi there are no issues. I did have difficulty at first getting a taxi to the villa on the number given because I couldn't explain where I was however I contacted the caretaker and this was easily resolved. Fantastic pool and beautiful garden which gets sun all day long. The barbeque was also well used. We had a great relaxing holiday here.

An excellent villa. It was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. A lovely outdoor area which is well maintained. The swimming pool is a very good size with plenty of room for sunbathing or to stay in the shade. Outdoor covered patio was perfect for alfresco dining and being situated just outside Nerja in an elevated position it enjoys a pleasant breeze on occasion that helps when it's very hot. The villa has air conditioning throughout making it very comfortable. Our teenagers were very happy to have the added bonus of UK television channels. All in all a very good villa for family holidays.
